I received a backpack, lunchbox and tic tac toe storage container from Lug to facilitate this review. All opinions are my own.
Every year as we prepare to send the kids back to school, we get faced with the dreaded backpack dilemma. One of our kids has a habit of destroying a perfectly good backpack before the school year is done. This is usually accomplished by dragging it and not lifting it up high enough as they are walking along.
For the past few years we have diligently been searching for a bag that was strong enough to stand up to our kids’ rough handling and it has been a hard slog. Some very high quality bags have failed to stand up to their wear.
Lunch bags were no better. At least one of the kids would end up with the insides ripped apart or a hole worn in one of the corners. Without fail our kids are tough on their school supplies. It has been this way since they were in kindergarten.
We Found A Backpack Solution
Last year, almost by accident we stumbled across a set of book bags and lunchboxes that actually not only withstood the entire year. In fact they were actually in quite good shape by the time the school year was done. We even were able to use them for different things during the summer like packs for camp or taking clothes to the beach.
Lug bags had created bags that could actually stand up to even my kids wear and tear, and they even looked pretty good too.
My daughter loves her new Lug Backpack. She really likes the color and how comfortable it feels on her back. Our Daughter also likes all the extra compartments that you don’t usually find in other backpacks. She can’t wait to head back to school and put it to use.
