The National Autism Association has a press release discussing a new study called Genetic Heritability and Shared Environmental Factors Among Twin Pairs With Autism, which was funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The issue is that this study again seems to be showing an underlying environmental causes to autism with a potential genetic link being triggered by these environmental causes to create autism.
This basically fits into what has become my personal theory as of late. Much of present day autism has a genetic link requiring an environmental trigger that appears to be vaccines. There is a distinct subset of autism that does confound this because a small number of autistic cases has always existed (at least since the 20’s or 30’s when the first case, Donald, was identified). However the massive increase since the 80’s from 1 in 10,000 to 1 in 110 in ‘98 has to have a specific trigger and the intelligent response says that genetics can not change that fast after spending 40 or 50 years at a fairly steady state.
The other issues is that if you look at certain individuals who have traits that if more deeply evolved could become or become classed as autistics, and look at the present group from the late 90’s on you find far less of these individuals. Basically a group that could be considered to be on the fringes of autism has disappeared at the same time as a significant jump has occurred in the instances of full blown autism leading to the belief that that group on the fringes of autism has instead all of a sudden developed full blown autistic symptoms. This type of change requires a trigger and while vaccines are not the only change in the environment, it is the most common across the board change that affects almost everyone.
Amongst the final things for this discussion today is a bit of revelation I have had, that while many may have been aware, I was not and I think the information changes a lot.
Brian Deer who directed the “exposure” of Dr. Wakefield was employed by the Sunday Times, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch who is also a major stakeholder in GlaxoKlineSmith a “leading” pharmaceutical companies. In addition to this because of the fairly large media empire that was owned by a major stakeholder of a pharmaceutical company it is no question why the media has taken such a major pro-vaccine slant.
Impartial media in this situation is extremely difficult to achieve when one of the major players in the distribution of vaccines is also one of the major players in the media industry
